I’m told the flowers are beautiful and cute Easter-eggs in vase, as promised. But the flowers were left at my parents’ door when I specifically asked the doorbell be rung and flowers handed to them. Instead, my 90-year-old nearly blind mother had to search for the flowers on the porch and bring them in herself. Fortunately, she managed, but I pay extra for a local florist for this reason. ---- Florist's Response: I am sorry your Mother had troube with getting her flowers. The only notes in special instructions were to "ring doorbell on left side of duplex". My driver always waits at the door for someone to answer for several minutes, but when no one does we leave them if weather and porch conditions permit us to do so. Especially on a holiday when we are closed for several days after so we enusre the recipient receives them for the holiday. Again, we are sorry for any inconvenience.

The arrangement is pretty however, it has much more filler, fewer flowers than the image on line. Must admit, that is disappointing when one “upgrades” to the higher price point.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
